    From Ancaster Square, follow A84 to traffic lights and turn left to join NCN 7 south follow on Invertrossachs Rd to the boathouse bridge which is a good picnic stop. There is the option to continue on to Brig O Turk for a visit to Achray Farm for ice cream or onto the Tearoom. Return by the same route to Bridgend before turning into Manse Lane, past the school playground and across the bridge to South Church St and back onto Main St before returning to the square
