Was ich vorher nicht wusste: das ist "windtechnisch" die falsche Richtung. Der Wind kommt meist von Südwesten.
Eigentlich sind wir Zelter (Campingplätze gibt es hier genug). Die Mitradler aber nicht, d.h. wir haben überdachte Quartiere vorgebucht (Campinghütten, Jugendherbergen, Hotels,...), Die Etappenlängen ergaben sich aus den Quartieren (bezahlbar, Hund erlaubt), die wir fanden. Mancherorts gabs einfach nichts, so kam es zu Etappen von bis zu 85 km - eigentlich zu lang für den Hund, der entweder nebenher läuft oder in einer Kiste am Rad sitzt.
Damit die Route in der vorgegeenen Zeit funktioniert, habe ich an manchen Stellen die Kategattleden-Strecke abgekürzt, Schlenker ausgelassen.
Manchmal habe ich sie abgewandelt um unnötige Steigungen oder Straßennähe zu vermeiden, wo dies möglich war.
Ein paar der Schlenker ins Gelände im Norden haben nicht funktioniert, die Wege waren zu schlecht. Manche Straßen hatten mehr Verkehr als erwartet. Diese Tracks sind entsprechend überarbeitet.
About the Calorie Calculator
Our Calorie Calculator estimates how many Calories you will burn using Metabolic Equivalent (MET) values from Compendium of Physical Activities. The Compendium idenitifes the relative energy cost of undertaking various activities compared with doing nothing. We then combine this with your weight and the estimated duration of the activity, taking into account the length of the route and the hills involved, to estimate the total Calories burned.
When selecting an Activity setting, select the speed you would normally travel at on flat ground.
Please remember, the estimated number of Calories is just a guide and the actual number of Calories burned may vary depending on other factors such as weather and terrain.
