    Start point is near the ponds/sluices at top of town, at bottom of Cufic Lane. Steep climb up rocky path for half mile - then levels out! Good views but avoid cliff edges! Measure 2.8 mile on the flat - but longer with the ups and downs. Took about 3hr with lunch break. Several steep bits. Great when dry, slippy if wet.
