    Difficulté: facile à moyen, quelques passages ravinés ou quelques branchages gênants mais praticable (possibilité de courir sur une bonne moitié).

    Départ depuis un parking (~100 places).

    km 0 à 2 : montée moyenne dégagée.
    Possibilité de chemin bis avec un peu plus de D+.
    km 2 à 4 : montée franche puis plateau avec PdV, puis on rejoint la DFCI.
    km 4 à 6 : descente très large et progressive.
    Possibilité de raccourci pour un retour rapide et simple (-2km).
    km 6 à 7 : montée moyenne et début de sentier.
    km 7 à 8 : descente difficile, se repérer avec en contre-bas le pylône électrique dont le socle est très dégagé avec une roche arrondie en son centre comme repère et bifurquer à droite un peu avant.
    km 8 à 9 : facile. Franchir le grand portail vert ouvert avec une pancarte sur fond bleu, puis suivre la ligne téléphonique aérienne jusqu'au parking.
