    Start – Stamford Park main Gate (opposite Boating Lake)
    • Along Darnton Rd
    • Right up Mossley Rd to Football Club opposite Old Rd
    • Cross the field to steps
    • Down steps & across path to parkrun route
    • Left up to Rays corner then follow parkrun route all the way to just before the ‘between lakes’ crossing
    • Take left off parkrun route onto housing estate on Lake Rd
    • Follow to pick up Springs Lane – left up to top
    • Follow round as road changes to Ridge Hill Lane
    • Just before descending, take a left onto Arlies Lane
    • After a few metres, turn right onto small road then immediate left onto path leading away from houses
    • Follow path downwards almost to the end until a lower level path joins from the behind/right
    • Take that sharp turn right & follow lower level path to end on Buckingham Rd
    • Right here for a few metres to rejoin Ridge Hill Lane
    • Left down the hill to end
    • Right onto Darnton Rd & back to finish
