    Manor House car park - up Bedmond Rd, Down Chamsbury Lane, fork off the the right and it brings you down to the corner where I will aim to meet you.

    From there we run up Belswains Lane all the way to the magic roundabout. Left into St Johns Rd, Left into London Rd, straight past Sainsbury's and onto canal at the Paper Mill.

    You can stay on the canal all the way to Stinky Steps (by petrol station and Bean Here) or exit canal if preferred onto the A41.

    Old Mill Lane, Gallows Hill, bottom of Gallows Hill lane is 13 miles with a short cool down walk to the car park.
