We start in Lower Broadheath, Worcestershire.
Heading to Hallow – Shrawley – Bewdley and up towards Arley where we enter Shropshire.
Back down to Bewdley – Franche – Wolverley and Kinver Farm shop, our first refreshment shop and in Staffordshire.
On to Belbroughton – over the M5 near Frankley to then enter West Midlands Combined Authority (/Birminghamshire).
Skirting South Birmingham – West Heath and to Portway, where we visit Warwickshire.
Heading Southish through Redditch, stopping at The Rose and Crown in Feckenham, which will be our lunch stop.
Carry on through Pershore and on to Twyning and our third refreshment stop at the Spa (shop, not retreat!); bench table outside and coffee machine inside. We’ll be enjoying our drinks and snacks in Gloucestershire.
Fortified, we set off on our last leg along familiar roads to Upton-upon-Severn – Welland – Great Malvern and down Cowleigh Road to stop and drink in the atmosphere of Herefordshire (if raining, we can shelter in of one of the county’s potholes).
Off again, back into Worcestershire – Leigh Sinton – Bransford and back.

    CALCULATE CALORIES

    About the Calorie Calculator

Our Calorie Calculator estimates how many Calories you will burn using Metabolic Equivalent (MET) values from Compendium of Physical Activities. The Compendium idenitifes the relative energy cost of undertaking various activities compared with doing nothing. We then combine this with your weight and the estimated duration of the activity, taking into account the length of the route and the hills involved, to estimate the total Calories burned.

When selecting an Activity setting, select the speed you would normally travel at on flat ground.

Please remember, the estimated number of Calories is just a guide and the actual number of Calories burned may vary depending on other factors such as weather and terrain.
