    This one is a remade favourite, which got corrupted. This one is a fav because of some streches are lovely. Carden park provides good protection heading out. Don’t really start to feel the Sw winds until heading out of Holt to Bangor on Dee.After that the route has a tail wind or cross tailwind at worst. Fairly hilly route, which takes us through Lower Wych and out via the easier uphill side on lovely lanes.
    Fire station cafe in Malpa is the cafe, as no options before then.
    This route can easily be extended by as much as 10 miles by heading north past Farndon to Bruera & Plats lane.
