    An easy starter route with hills which introduce lower gears to the rider. The whole route is on the road which makes it suitable for all types of bikes. Helmets are a must due to the roads, as they will contain cars traveling of speeds up to 30mph. If children are present, they are advised to partake on the child's route as it will be only on the pavement. If the child is competent on the roads adult supervision is required.
