    From Quedgeley down the A38 to Claypits, through Eastington and Frocester. Climb 1 up to Nympsfield, Down into Nailsworth and a Climb up through Minchinhampton onto the common, Stop and Winstones in Rodbourough for an Ice cream, then down into Stroud, Climb up to Painswick and up past the Beacon. Speedy descent down, Taking first left to head back to Quedgeley via Brookthorpe and Naas lane.
