Het wordt wederom een leuke dag in hoog alpien gletschergebied, iets minder zwaar dan gisteren. Maar we komen geen enkele horeca tegen onderweg, dus wel zelf genoeg eten en drinken meenemen.
Hoogste punt 2805 meter net na de Tiefenbachkabelbaan, niet een markant punt, eigenlijk gewoon het einde van de route.

(Tweede gedeelte, maar zij doen 'm uiteraard wel andersom. )
Voordat we naar het beginpunt rijden, rijden we eerst in 5 minuten naar de Backstuba in Sölden voor broodjes en lekkers. Ze zijn om 6:30 al open.

Ongeveer 20 minuten rijden naar Vent vanuit de bakker.
We gaan in Vent de Venter ache over en lopen naar boven terwijl we nu en dan de Rodelbaan passeren of er een stukje langslopen, 2 km lang [8,5], daar komen we het enige bankje tegen, dus daar pauzeren we. We lopen verder over de Öztaler Höhenweg. Passeren op 2,6 km [7,9] een waterval en op 3,4 km [7,1] weer (al kan deze ook droog staan). Net bij 4 km [6,5] hebben we een splitsing met Sonnen
Zo bij 5/6 km (Dus [5,5/4,5] km nog te gaan), weer een mooi plekje zoeken om te pauzeren...en 3 km [2,5-1,5] verder weer eens.
