Start and finish at free car park, which has a play area next to it.

Head up the path towards the hill, get to a junction of paths and follow the left route. This will skirt the hill before heading up it, there is a bench with a lovely view of Wonnersh. Behind the bench is a path to the top of Chinthurst Hill.

Head up here, see the tower, then follow one of the paths behind it (there's sometimes a rope swing, there's sometimes no rope swing), and make your way down.

Once you reach the road, take the path on the right that should take you back to the path you were on earlier. (If you take the higher path and you find yourself going back up again, just take the next left and you'll head on down to the same point).

Go back towards the car park, but this time take the left to follow a path around Chinthurst farm, take the next two rights until you reach a house.

Follow the drive of the house out to the main road. You will need to cross the road, then turn right and follow it back to where you entered the car park earlier.

    CALCULATE CALORIES

    About the Calorie Calculator

Our Calorie Calculator estimates how many Calories you will burn using Metabolic Equivalent (MET) values from Compendium of Physical Activities. The Compendium idenitifes the relative energy cost of undertaking various activities compared with doing nothing. We then combine this with your weight and the estimated duration of the activity, taking into account the length of the route and the hills involved, to estimate the total Calories burned.

When selecting an Activity setting, select the speed you would normally travel at on flat ground.

Please remember, the estimated number of Calories is just a guide and the actual number of Calories burned may vary depending on other factors such as weather and terrain.
