    Turn right onto Dorchester Avenue
    Turn right onto Great Western Road to Binghams Pond
    Stop at Binghams Pond
    Chain Run – 5 x circuits of Binghams Pond
    Recovery pace back to centre:
    Turn right onto Great Western Rd and cross the road
    Turn Left onto Leicester Ave
    Turn right onto Ashburton Rd
    Cross Cleveden Rd onto Kelvindale Rd
    Turn left onto Guthrie St
