    Home, through the meadow, across the fields (had a turn around for a short bit as saw a dog minus owner)down to the river at Froggatt. Over bridge & along road for a short bit before public footpath up to Froggatt Edge and along. Down through fields onto road through Curbar and along Heritage way to Calver. Out of Calver and off road to Coombs Dale and then towards home. 1 hour 10 mins. Need more hill work
