    CALCULATE CALORIES

    About the Calorie Calculator

Our Calorie Calculator estimates how many Calories you will burn using Metabolic Equivalent (MET) values from Compendium of Physical Activities. The Compendium idenitifes the relative energy cost of undertaking various activities compared with doing nothing. We then combine this with your weight and the estimated duration of the activity, taking into account the length of the route and the hills involved, to estimate the total Calories burned.

When selecting an Activity setting, select the speed you would normally travel at on flat ground.

Please remember, the estimated number of Calories is just a guide and the actual number of Calories burned may vary depending on other factors such as weather and terrain.

    EditAbout

Eureka Heights, Holler Brewing, Platypus. They're fresh, they're fun, they're located along* the Heights Hike & Bike Trail. Is that reason enough to visit these 3 breweries? No? Well how about we throw in a fabulous free t-shirt? Now we're talking!

How it works: During 12 - 6 PM on Sunday, May 7th, stop at each brewery and receive a stamp on your card (you'll get one at your first stop). At Eureka Heights, redeem your fully stamped card for your t-shirt. You can visit the breweries IN ANY ORDER** and no purchase is necessary! Best of all, it's a nice, chill ride at less than 10 miles round-trip.

Want to ride with a group? Our friends at Tap & Pedal will be leading a group starting at Holler Brewing at 1 PM.
