    1. Start at the Rec Center. Run to Genesee St and turn left.
    2. Run to French Rd and turn right.
    3. Run to Chenango Rd and turn left.
    4. Run to Rayhill Trail and turn left.
    5. Stay on Rayhill Trail. Follow it around onto Commercial Dr. At the light cross onto Rayhill Trail on the other side. Follow this as it runs next to 840. At Middlesettlement Rd turn around.
    6. Follow Rayhill Trail back to New Hartford St/Chenango Rd. Turn right.
    7. Follow Chenango Rd to French Rd. Turn right.
    8. Follow French Rd to Genesee St. Turn left.
    9. Go one block to the next light, Higby Rd. Turn right.
    10. Follow Higby Rd to Oneida St. Turn left.
    11. Follow Oneida St to Proctor Blvd. Turn left.
    12. Follow Proctor Blvd almost to Genesee St. It forks to the right and will go back up to Oneida St. Turn left.
    13. Follow Oneida St to the Parkway. Turn left.
    14. Follow the Parkway to Genesee St. Turn left.
    15. Follow Genesee St to Higby Rd. Turn left.
    16. Follow Higby Rd to Oneida St. Turn left.
    17. Follow Oneida St to Master Garden Rd. Turn right.
    18. Follow Master Garden Rd around. Take it to the Parkway.
    19. Continue to the Rec Center. Done.
