    - From the war Memorial head out on Trier Way towards Eastgate Street.
    - Turn left into Eastgate St carry on to The Cross.
    - Go over the cross into Westgate St, carry on to the bottom of Westgate turning left onto The Quay.
    - Carry on on the left hand side of the quay to the prison corner turning left on to Commercial Rd.
    - At the pelican crossing cross safely to the right hand and continue up Commercial Rd into Southgate St.
    - At The Tall Ship pub turn onto the docks towards the McColls/Subway.
    - Turn left before Subway to go past Cafe Tucci and Corretto's.
    - At Head Kandy turn right onto Llanthony Rd go past TGI's, Portivo Lounge, Tank and The Gym onto the bridge.
    - Immediately before the college turn left on to the quayside, carrying on along the canal until you go under the bridge by Sainsburys.
    - As soon as you go under the bridge, turn right going up the ramp.
    - at the top of the ramp u-turn right onto St Ann Way and run over the bridge.
    - Cross safely at the pelican crossing to The Quays side of the road.
    - At the Travelodge turn left into Southgate St.
    - Carry on up Southgate St to Spa Rd.
    - Carry on to the end of Spa Rd and enter the park.
    -Turn right run anticlockwise around the outer path of the park parallel to Trier Way, finishing at the war memorial.
