    Description: downhill start, climb flattening out, downhill, choice of Stamford finisher for extra distance/challenge
    Direction: Starting at the top of Stamford road head down to the train station and down mill lane, along Waggon Road heading up Staley Road, At the top continue across the road onto Hey Heads road, this looks like a dirt track, it heads towards carrbrook, when the track comes to a quiet road, bear left and continue along what is a quiet off road path until you reach Carrbrook the primary school you will see on your Right. Turn left here and head up Castle lane keeping bearing left, when you reach the farm at the top of castle lane continue past the farm (on your left) heading towards Micklehurst Cricket club, bear right at the main road and almost direct left down Micklehurst road, along up Waggon road finishing at the bottom of Stamford Road, You may continue to the top for extra distance challenging finish
