    Leave the park from the green bridge end. Run along the river (with it on your right side) follow the path the whole way and eventually onto the grass continuing forwards. You’ll come out on the bridge on Emscote Road where you’ll need to cross over (safely) ad head right, toward Rock Mill Lane. Run straight up here and into the alley way ahead of you, continuing on this path, eventually up a small hill and into the Saxon mill field. Bear to the left and contribute until you find a steep downhill on the left BUT here you will need to bear right going slightly uphil and continuing around the field in a clockwise motion. Pass over a large tree root and at th end turn left where you’ll head down hill and cross the bridge in front of you into the Saxon mill pub grounds. Continue straight onto the Coventry Road where you’ll turn left. At the roundabout head straight over and up the Coventry Road before taking a well deserved downhill stint. Go past St Johns shops cross at the two zebra crossings and turn right onto St Nicholas Church street. Continue and turn left at the end and head into the park via the big iron gates.
