    Kørt den. 10-11-19. Sammen med Brian. 38 km. 1137 højdemeter. det tog 02T 55 min. ved ikke helt hvor hård den er at køre for det var en rolig tur i dag sammen med Brian. men det var faktisk mange højdemeter på så kort en tur.

    Kørt Ruten igen den 14-11-19 og denne gang sammen med Peer. kørt 39 km. 1163 højdemeter. Det tog 02T 27 min. Er ikke en nem ruten at køre det går meget op ad længe og derefter meget op og ned ned længe og så er der lige 100 højdemeter som skal tages inden vi er i Almunecar. og det er fordi vi kommer helt nede fra vandet af ved La Herradura.

    Den 16.10.21 Ruten er kørt alene. 37,15 km. 1034 højdemeter. 2 T 53 min. Det er en hård ruten og ikke lige en man bare tager der skal være lidt form for det går rigtig meget opad. og længe. efter La Herradura tog jeg landevejen så jeg kun skulle køre nedad til lejligheden.

    Den 13-11-22 ruten er kørt sammen med peer. ca. 1000 højdemeter. 2T 30 minutter 38 km. efter en kaffe pause mm. hos Antonina køre vi har til en tankstation hvor vi kunne trykspule vores cykle. det virkede rigtig godt og så det vil vi forsætte med når cyklerne skal vaske før hjemrejse. efter cykelvask kørte vi godt 30 km. ekstra.
