    A 10km walk deep into Glenahoo Valley along dirt track and grassy terrain, visit the old ruins of a homestead at the end of the valley, proceed until you reach the summit where there are fantastic view into Brandon Bay and Mt Brandon beyond. One could continue and decent into Annascaul Lake and Tom Crean country. For this you will need two cars one at either end. A brilliant way to pass an afternoon.
