    We rijden omstreeks 11:15 (ik ben tussen 10:30 en 10:45 bij jou en drink nog een theetje) We rijden via zoveel mogelijk rustige fietspaden, rustige wegen en via het kanaal naar Rijen.

    Daar gaan we op 23,8 km lunchen in de Stationsstraat, bij Zout of Smaak, jij mag kiezen, ik tracteer:

    We vervolgen onze weg, het ligt eraan hoe fit jij bent:
    optie 1:
    35,8 km bankjes pauze (etappe 12 km)
    47,7 km Einde (etappe 11,9 km)

    Optie 2:
    41,9 (etappe 18,1) Einde (weinig bankjes op die route, dus mochten we er eentje tegen komen na 33 km dan gaan we pauzeren.

    Daarna rij ik meteen door, behalve als het nog heel vroeg is. Ik wil uiterlijk om 16.00 uur weer vertrekken.
