Any progress with the blank Cycle (the one I use the most) and OS maps?
Still going on. IOS, Chrome, Edge. No different. Also the trails map.. Incognito too..
Hi everyone,
Just an update to let you know that the devs are still investigating.
I have just sent out several messages to those of you who got in touch via email, asking for your help with further tests.
As soon as we have a fix, I'll update this topic again.
Thanks for your help!
Julien
That really sounds like a glitch with you "Premium" account .... I have been using the OS maps a lot recently, and no issues.
I still can't, though I thought the problem had been resolved when all three reappeared for a brief period (minutes or, perhaps, hours). There have also been a couple of instances of partial tiling but ultimately, depressing greyness. The phone app also gives the same result.
I can't access trail routes or OS maps on my premium account either. I need to be able to double check some planned routes.
Thanks very much Julien.
Hi!
This issue was raised via email by two users and I've already sent some details to the devs to have a look at it.
I'll make sure to update this topic as soon as I hear back from the devs.
Best regards,
I've not been able to access my OS, Cycle or Trail map layers for at least a day now (premium subscription is valid). All I get is a blank mapping space. Are there any problems I should be aware of?
This seems to be happening again...
Thanks. That seems to be ok now
Thanks Paul. We think we've found the problem and have implmented a fix. There was a bug which was only triggering if you changed to OS maps before plotting the first point on a new route. Hopefully it should be working OK now.

Thanks for reporting this. Can you let us know what browser and device you are using please?
In addition, once you've selected OS maps and got a blank screen instead of the map, the selection of any other type of map type also fails. Only by refreshing the web page do you get any map back.
