Hi Alison,

If auto-plotting on this new road and cycle path isn't possible yet, it either means that the OpenStreetMap data isn't up to date, or that the update is very recent (less than 2 months old) and we have not yet updated our data.
You can check by looking into it on OSM, and if the road doesn't exist, you can add it to help improve OSM.

Have a look at this .... How To Correct Map Errors

First you or you need to find someone to look into the underlying map data and if it's wrong, update it.

Then plotaroute can update their route engine.

There is a new road and accompanying cycle path called The Avenue in the area of Horten Heath, Eastleigh, Hampshire.

How do I suggest to plotaroute to enable route plotting on it?  At the moment it doesn't allow "by road" or "by bike" or "by foot" yet.
