    Up and over Newnham Hill. Steady downhill for a few k then through the village. A good slog from the crossroads to top of Bulls Hill. Down for a couple of miles past fawsley then another savage hill up and through Preston Capes to the crossroad. Left and left then big downhill section. Very steep uphill coming soon so save a bit. Flat section followed by absolute twat of a climb to top of mantles heath. Follow a fairly flat but bumpy road to the next crossroads. Left down through the stubbs and uphill through the village. Follow signs for newnham. This section shouldn't be too difficult. Take at right and newnham badby crossroads and head down into the village. Through the village back to the big shit hill. One last push up and over newnham hill and the rest is a piece of piss.
