    Overview Suggest Change
The ride is a moderately difficult loop with mostly singletrack, and long, bumpy sandstone sections down Rockin' A and Circle-O. Hardtails beware.
    Description Suggest Change
Start with Lazy/EZ Loop going counter clockwise. EZ winds along the base of a low ridge. It's a short, beginner (fast) section, which runs into a more technical Deadman's Ridge.

Through Deadman's Ridge, you'll encounter some technical sections that will challenge your slow speed balance and pedaling endurance.

There's an option to take a right for the full Deadman's loop, or hit Rockin' A for some Bumpy slickrock action. Be sure to follow the painted line on the rock.

Head Northeast after a few trips around the berm bowl for Circle-O and some more slickrock, and gorgeous views toward Arches National Park. Again, stay on the painted line on the rock.

Pass by the Bar-M Loop and take a right on North 40. You'll have the option to take the full North 40 loop, or take the bypass halfway through. This is a very fun singletrack section that gets more technical, and involves more climbing towards the end. Before you know it, you'll be able to see the trailhead on the right.

    CALCULATE CALORIES

    About the Calorie Calculator

Our Calorie Calculator estimates how many Calories you will burn using Metabolic Equivalent (MET) values from Compendium of Physical Activities. The Compendium idenitifes the relative energy cost of undertaking various activities compared with doing nothing. We then combine this with your weight and the estimated duration of the activity, taking into account the length of the route and the hills involved, to estimate the total Calories burned.

When selecting an Activity setting, select the speed you would normally travel at on flat ground.

Please remember, the estimated number of Calories is just a guide and the actual number of Calories burned may vary depending on other factors such as weather and terrain.
