    Start: Daisy Nook Country Park Car Park
    • Leave Cafe car park direction Stannybrook Rd
    • Straight across to towpath directly opposite
    • Follow towpath over motorway and continue until reach a gate onto a road
    • Cross the road to another gate directly opposite
    • Go through the gate to pick up the canal towpath again
    • Follow towpath until you reach a narrow bridge over a railway
    • Options left, right & ahead…. Take the path ahead
    • Pass Medlock Sports Centre on your left. Path eventually ends at Medlock St
    • Left here & follow to Market St (T-Junction)
    • Right here for a short distance then left into Dunkirk St
    • Follow all the way to the end and take the path into the Lees Park area
    • Take the path going to left then follow in a straight line to meet another path at a gate
    • Left here and follow the path until you reach Moorside St
    • Right here then follow road as it swings left & right-hand
    • Pass Laurus Ryecroft on the left, take the farm access road (Cross Lane) on the right
    • At farmyard, bear left onto track (Back Lane) through a gate
    • Cross over the motorway bridge then immediately left (still Back Lane)
    • Follow to end onto Lumb Lane
    • Right here then follow road back to cafe (via Stannybrook Rd)
