    *Warning: first few KM's are major hills but the rest of the route is downhill except for the end.

    Start at 4&Twenty Cafe in Chelsea Village. You are going to run to Carr's Hill 4way robots and turn up towards the Church. Go over the robots towards Springfield and keep following that road past the school until it links back with Waterloo Road. Now your major climb begins! Go up Trovato link and take a left after Wynberg Park, keep going past Chart Farm all the way to the top where you get to the 4 way intersection. Turn left at the 4 way intersection (Klaasens Road) and follow this road all the way until you get to the Kirstenbosch top gate. *Water Fountain available at the top gate*. Turn left down Rhodes drive and follow this all the way past Cecelia Forest until you turn left down Southern Cross Drive. *Big, long downhill*. Follow Southern Cross all the way down until it meets with Brommesvlei. Turn right and follow the road past the nursery until it gets to the robots. Turn left. Follow this road under the bridge (Please note: Vagrants living under the bridge please be vigilant), until you get to Alphen Hill. Go up the hill, past the hospital and then turn right at Chelsea Travel (2nd right after the top of the hill). This road will connect back to 4 & Twenty.
