Pike, Mossley Road, Arlies Trail

Starting at the Market Ground, up to the Billy Goat Pub, up towards the cross but go straight ahead over the field to Broadcarr Lane. Up 50 yards turning left over the field, through the farm,turn right, then left over the bumpy road. Left upto the pike over the other side,turn right down the rocky path. Keep going down until you reach the left turn towards the stables. At the fork in the road keep right and just before the farm turn left down to the reservoir.
Turn right and follow the path around the reservoir until you reach the steps onto the right hand side. Down the steps and follow the path all the way along passing the new houses on the right. The path will bend right but go straight on through the narrow gate on to road. At the end of the road turn left towards the golf club, keep going up the path behind the houses until you reach Gorsey Lane, continue to the Junction with Mossley Road.
Turn right down Mossley Road, crossing over at the football pitches. Straight across to the yellow gate, follow the path left and left again onto the park run route. At the top, "Ray's Corner" go over the stile up the fields to Arlies Lane.
Turn left and go past the farms, don't go down towards the cobbles but turn left along the farm track. When the farm track starts going down keep right on the higher path. Turn right across two fields onto Luzley Road turning left to the Hare and Hounds. Turn right towards Mossley and back to the Market Ground.
