    Meet at Rickmansworth road CP Amersham. Easy outrun (1.5m)along Copperkins Lane to take footpath left after Weedon Ln, follow footpath into the woods. Regroup by farm building. Figure of 8 loop x 2, relocate south side of railway line. 2 x loop down footpath towards A413 return uphill on adjacent footpath turn right at top of hill then easy jog through woods to start second lap. Easy run back to Car Park via the outrun route.
