    This is aimed at a longer flat ride via Thomas Property in Grosvener street and therefore via Chester cornich. The idea being a cafe stop in Chester like Hanky Panky cafe ( for a crepe, as they do every filling under the sun) which is in Commonhall street.
    Then out via Handbridge down to Lavister Holt etc.
    Easy to extend this via the race course and the Dee towpath to Saltney bridge to get over the river and then through my preferred route to get to Dodleston and Lavister.
    Can also extend up to Cheshire Oaks and then Rake Lane.
