Starts near Johnstown, GBMORE ROUTES NEAR HERE
A route similar to a Flemish Classic taking in some flat stretches initially with rolling roads punctuated by short sharp climbs.
East towards Llangadog then back to Ffairfach, Llandybie, Capel Dewi Rd taking in the climbs & descents on the southern slopes of the Towy Valley. Head out towards Idole before coming back to Carmarthen via Croesyceiliog and starting the last stretch of rolling road punctuated by short climbs in the Llansteffan area.
Finish at start with sore legs!
