    Although famed for its valleys and mountains in the North, Carmarthenshire has a long coastline as stunning and varied as anywhere in Wales with great towns and villages dotted along the way. The route takes in a section of the traffic free Millennium Coastal Path overlooking Gower and Carmarthen Bay and on towards Ferryside before a few tough climbs inland with great views along the whole route.
