    Walk the Seven Sisters starting from the Tiger Inn, East Dean. Take a number 12x bus from Eastbourne to the starting point. The walk ends at Seaford Station where trains can be caught back to Eastbourne (change at Lewes). Spectacular views, some strenuous walking at times. This route passes the Seven Sisters Visitors Centre, from where it's possible to catch a return bus to Eastbourne if wishing to shorten the route.
    TIP: We walked this route facing into the wind on an extremely breezy day, making conditions difficult. Consider whether you may wish to start at Seaford and end at East Dean instead. Some walkers prefer that direction in any case.
