    Start at parking lot for Telegraph Pass Trail head off Desert Foothills Parkway. Follow paved path until you can take a right onto Desert Classic Trail. Follow it down toward the houses until you hit the wash just north of the neighborhood around 1.1-1.2 miles. Come out of the wash and take left onto trail to head East. DO NOT of following neighborhood wall down the hill, (which would bring you to Altadena). Follow Desert Classic Trail and bear right for the time that you're on the trail, staying on the widest path possible. You come out on Ray Rd around 4M. Take a right onto Ray Rd and head toward Monte Vista School, where you will take a right onto Thunderhill Rd. 4.4 milers will meet carpool in the parking lot on the right. Those looking to complete it will continue along Thunderhill until Chandler Blvd. Take a right onto Chandler, head west, take a right onto Marketplace, follow it to Desert Foothills Parkway, Right onto DFP, head north up hill past Altadena, finish back in Telegraph Pass Parking lot. 4.4 milers will be driven back to the lot, or can be dropped off later in the course if they wish to do just a bit more.
