    Follow the perimeter path from the Golf club, past Castle green to Cuddy point, continue on perimeter path to mouth of Creed then up beside the river. Keep following pereimeter path back towards Strawberry hill/Stornoway, take slight dog leg and down hill to Cuddy Point, return to Golf Club
    Track type: wide tarmac or gravel in good condition, couple steep parts and gentle incline from mouth of Creed
    Facilities: parking, nearest bus stop oppisite Co-op, easy access, toilets at Woodlands centre café
    Hazards: other path users, can be busy
