    Went out on Roux touring bike at 1.49pm. I started Strava on my phone in my pocket to record the route for the first time ever using it.. Turns out it missed recording the first half of the ride.. :-(
    Haven't felt like going out on bike for several days. Wanted to see how i'd ride with the heavier touring bike frame. As my mental state this week has been bad. I wanted to see how bike would manage getting up turf lane hill with only 2 chain rings. I thought i would really struggle, but i didn't stuggle as much as i thought i would.. Wrist strain is still there, but getting better. It's been 2 weeks to the day when i fell and hurt it. So it's mending good enough. Had waterproof gear on.. RIde was good, nice to be back out on the road, and on the Roux tourer again.. Just over 15 miles.
