    I was up by 4am, waited until it was light just after 5. didn't have any breakfast. plotted a 38 mile route to bushton, broad hinton, inkpen hill, but when i was out on the road. i found my heart and energy wasn't really in it. I was feeling tired too. Even though i got 6 hours sleep. I did 1 hour mens mixed football last night. But nohting to tire me out. But my heart just wasnt in it to go far. And i was feeling tired. So i ended up going down Highway, and along cycle path by recyle centre/rubbish dump. Wanted to see if kite birds where out early. I picked up alot of snails and one frog sitting in the road. As it was so early i saw alot of wildlife on the road. Saw rabbits, a deer. I stoppped and turned around to move the snails from the road and one frog so they wont be run over. Saw several small frogs run over in the road and snails.
    I think my head was in stella christos still. more focused in my heart or what i want to feel relaxed. my head just wasnt in the cycling far today. even though i've had 3 or 4 rest days in a row. I thought i would feel more up to it. But i wasn't Waitnig to hear back from Anja after the photo i sent to her of me yesterday. computer says 13.6 miles, here says 14.5 mies. Average speed 10mph, max 27.8 mph.
