    on trek bike for a change, felt exciting. haven't been on it since i bought the giant bike. i forgot how smooth it feels on it, and have so many gears to choose from, but gearing needs adjusting as not sitting in gears properly.
    in odinary clothes didnt feel like putting bib or wicking on.

    Was going to cycling to heddington and see how i feel. i felt good so i went further.. joy to ride the trek again.. not twitchy at all like the giant can be because its so light. harder to get up hills though cause its heavier bike.. although i have more gears. i was still puffing.. but havent been on the road probably for a good month, so very rusty, and not done any hills in that time.
