    Ski - Gålå t/r 17,8km, 230 høydemeter.
    Etimert tid er 2t 30min (basert på 7,5km/t på flatt terreng)

    Starter i grønn løype i retning mot Lauvåsen. Opp bakkene, og videre mot første kryss. HEr tar man til høyre ned mot Lauvåsen. Fortsetter forbi Lauvåsen og ned til krysset i bunnen av Lauvåsbakken. HEr fortsetter man rett frem i gul løype mot Gålå. Starter flatt ut langs jordene før det går slakt oppover forbi Bjørkåsen. Deretter går det slakt nedover til man er i bunnen og krysser elven til Jettingen. Her er et av stedene man måler de laveste temperaturene her oppe. Fortsetter så slakt oppover mot neste kryss. Her følger man fortsatt gul løype rett frem og etter en liten bratt nedovebakken får man en Lavvo på venstre hånd (og en utedo på høyre). Rett etter denne kommer det et nytt kryss der man holder til venstre. Herfra går det mer eller mindre oppover mot Gålå. I neste kryss, rett før man kommer til Gålå (1 km igjen) så fortsetter man rett frem (svakt mot venstre). Fremme ved Gålå snur man ved Per Gynt vegen/Rødekors hytta. Følger samme vei tilbake til hytta
