Meet at Chesham Baptist Church rooms at 1900. Easy jog to Water Meadow car park via High St and Germain St leading Water Meadow. Complete one 1600m loop out of Car Park turn left into Church St, left onto Wey Lane then cross Fullers Hill by Thomas Harding school along footpath to join Amy Lane the left onto Amersham Rd into Chesham, left onto Germain St and right onto Water Meadow, to complete the lap at the Car Park as part of warm up, then 3 laps of car park followed by Drills and Strides. Repeat 1600m lap at your 5K pace with recovery - 3 laps of car park. Repeat a further 2 times for a total of 3 laps of 1600m at 5k pace. The route is illuminated fairly well, however a body and/or head torch is advised as well as a florescent outer layer of clothing. Care needs to be exercised when crossing Fullers Hill to enter the footpath by Thomas Harding School. I would recommend a longer cool down run if you have time, followed by light stretches as soon as convenient.

    CALCULATE CALORIES

    About the Calorie Calculator

Our Calorie Calculator estimates how many Calories you will burn using Metabolic Equivalent (MET) values from Compendium of Physical Activities. The Compendium idenitifes the relative energy cost of undertaking various activities compared with doing nothing. We then combine this with your weight and the estimated duration of the activity, taking into account the length of the route and the hills involved, to estimate the total Calories burned.

When selecting an Activity setting, select the speed you would normally travel at on flat ground.

Please remember, the estimated number of Calories is just a guide and the actual number of Calories burned may vary depending on other factors such as weather and terrain.
